Affiliate Program

1. Affiliate sites are top quality. To qualify, the graphics are pretty, text is spell checked, correct grammar is in use and there is a nice layout. Like the fiction you create awards for, the site must be error free!
2) All Affiliates sites have CLEAR rules.
3) Dates are clearly listed and adhered to (a short delay in understandable… I am however referring to sites that have substantial month long delays in every round.)
4) Nomination forms are easy to use and clearly understandable.
5) The site is easy to navigate with little to no broken links. (I refer to major links as I understand sometimes an author moves a story without notification.)
6) The site must include a diverse amount of authors and stories. No offense but a site that was created to award the work of one person (heck or 5) or one site alone is not diverse. In order to judge this fairly, previous rounds will be examined or an author count/story count may be requested if the previous round information is not available.
7) The site owner, or an appointed person, must belong to this group, so that if any questions do arise they can answer them and furnish details of new dates for subsequent rounds.
8) The site must furnish us with a button and/or small banner (promoting their site) which we will display on our main web page.
9) The site must display and have an easy to find notice and/or link that are affiliated with this site and that announcements about their site will be listed on this website/live journal. The point of this community is to provide information to people so that we can increase nominations everywhere. To do this we need to increase the membership of this site as well.

Monitoring Policy

1) The affiliate’s page will be monitored every week and weekly reminders, mid-week notices, three days and one day notices will be sent out.
2) Acquaintances will be monitored once a month with a listing of opening and closing nominations.

3) New additions to the "closed" section will be listed monthly.
