I see no man on a pale horse, yet Death rides for us all.
It was the apocalypse no one saw coming. Now, longtime enemies must become allies, friends become foes, and death really is waiting around every corner. A tale of death, sacrifice, more death, the human (and not so human) heart, even more death, black humor, and the end of the world as we know it.
A one shot set in the To Ride A Pale Horse universe (on this site), however no knowledge of that story is needed.

This is the sequel to Me and a Gun written by Athenewolfe. The sequel is by Athenewolfe and Tasha. Chapter One picks up at the end of the previous story. It would be helpful to read that story, but the summary is that right after OMWF, Buffy is caught in the cemetery, raped, shot, and left to die. Spike sees the perpetrator leaving the crypt, and then he smells Buffy’s blood. He finds her inside, and the rest follows.
